Ipersonalised is very proud to offer FREE delivery within NEW ZEALAND on all orders greater than $50. Order less than $50 incur a flat rate shipping cost of $9. All orders are sent by NZ Post. Tracking is included with every order and will be sent once your order is made and ready for dispatch.

Production varies based on the complexity and the quantity of your order but we are production is usually have a 5-10 days turn around. Our Team will reach out via email if there is a delay on the production of your order.

RETURN POLICY

All Personalised, Customised and perishable are unfortunately Non-Refundable so please make sure you check spelling and details carefully.

In the very unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please send through a photo of the damaged product and we will organise a replacement.
